Dream Big, and Let Us Make It Happen
This five-day course teaches how to evaluate training so decisions are based on evidence, not intuition. You will learn practical methods to measure learning, behaviour change and business impact. The course focuses on designing evaluation that fits organisational priorities and budget. By the end you will be able to make clear recommendations backed by data.
1. Design a training evaluation plan that links learning activities to specific business outcomes.
2. Select and apply appropriate quantitative and qualitative methods for formative and summative evaluation.
3. Create valid, reliable data-collection tools (surveys, assessments, observation guides) and sampling strategies.
4. Analyze evaluation data, identify meaningful patterns, and convert results into clear conclusions and recommendations.
5. Prepare and present concise evaluation reports and a business case for improvement or further investment to stakeholders.
